I did the same thing today as in session two. Got home from work, had a small snack and did a bit of cleaning, and then headed out to run. I have to say, it was close - the weather was terrible and I had a lot of stuff to do. Luckily (I guess?) I had been a victim of the "Are you pregnant" question earlier that day, and the anger/humiliation were burning enough to create some motivation.
I didn't really have a good time. Because of all the walking, I wasn't staying as warm as I thought I was. I only wore a light sweater over a T shirt, and it wasn't quite enough. Gloves would have been nice as well. Plus, I hate working out in the cold - it just burns my throat and doesn't feel good at all.
Listen to me whine, eh? I did kind of get into it near the end, and I certainly feel good now that I can say I am DONE week one.
